Very happy with the watch BUT very unhappy with the shopping experience! There was nothing on your website to make me totally aware that I was purchasing the watch from Singapore, and more importantly, that I would have to pay £18 import duty. I bought the watch because it was the cheapest bargain on the internet, however, after paying the import charge it was no longer that. When I complained the lady Vanuatu informed me that if I had used Registered Mail I would not have had to pay the charges! Why was I not informed of this before? All in all a very bad shopping experience and it has certainly spoilt my experience of buying the watch! 5 for the watch, 1 for the experience! Thomas Bridgham

The ordering process was very easy. I was asked for additional information following confirmation of the order because the delivery address was different from the account address. I understand why this was necessary but it would have been easier during the ordering process. Following that the speed and efficiency of the delivery service was excellent.
