Hi, this watch was bought as a gift to me by Janet Levin. Unfortunately the watch is losing around seven to eight minutes a day which is unacceptable. What is the procedure for returning the watch please, ie, what needs to be sent back and where it should be sent to. Kind regards, Steve Suckley.

I received my Tuna Prospect Seiko & I am very satisfied with my purchased from Creation Watches. A great description of the product and very timely delivery. I have to give this experience a 5 out of 5. I have no complaints what so ever. As a Canadian, we have a weak dollar. This site provides very competitive Canadian prices, with no outrageouse delivery charges, shipping was free,Taxes and duty through DHL were appropriate. Item was delivered in proper box, with all manuals. Im Very Happy Only mention, it would be nice to see some more inventory to choose from the current brands available. I have already recomended the site, i will be shopping here again Thanks
