The customer service from creation was excellent, even informing me when the courier was finding it difficult to find my place. The watch arrived as described. The only gripe I have is the when I proceeded to swap out the bands, I noticed the left springbar was a bent one. I cant say as to whether this occurred during watch assembly at Orient or through handling. As I already had Springbars in stock this was not an issue. So far the watch is working fine with no complications to note.

ordered on Monday, received on Thursday. from Singapore to H.K. to L.A. to S.F. then by DHL, then to my door. terrific services. watch is beautiful & accurate. reasonable price. Orient has his own movement. I had a Bambino two years ago, it still runs great. thanks to Jason & his team.
